In this digital age, children are growing up in a world of constant stimulation and distraction. This makes it increasingly difficult for them to see the beauty in stillness and having mindful moments. And so as parents and educators, we are on a mission to help our little ones connect to their own gifts, the power of their breath.
Conscious breathing can help children gain clarity of thought and better connect with their inner selves. By teaching children these skills at a young age, we can help them stay grounded and focused on the present moment, where they can feel a sense of calmness in a world that often seems too busy.
And so, two of our favorite neighbors are providing children with the tools they need to explore the real world and experience life to the full.
